Free Static is a collaboration between myself and musician Chris Ruiz. Inspired by the studio as canvas, free improvisation and early electronic music, Free Static uses found sound, synthesizers, tape, and acoustic instruments as a way to explore sonic texture and mood over narrative compositions. 

In 2019 we collaborated with artist and filmmaker Julia Oldham and created a live score to her 2018 work “View of the Red Forest”.
